How do I find and apply for graduate schemes?

You can search for graduate schemes on ABERcareers. Other useful sites include Bright Network, Creative Access, Gradcracker, environmentjob, Prospects and Targetjobs.
The application process varies depending on the scheme and the company, but typically involves an online application, aptitude tests, interviews, and assessment centres.
